   Description et livrables de la prestation

   The investment bank has launched a project to implement a comprehensive framework

   – made of a tool, Actimize, and processes

   – in all locations with a Correspondent Banking activity.

   The first phase of the project has already been completed. Actimize is live with a limited detection models for concerned countries.

   A second phase has led to the extension of the risk coverage for a key country.

    

   The program now enters into a transformation phase, that has the following objectives:

   - Completion of the geographical coverage

   - Extension of risk coverage

   - Identification and implementation of efficiency levers The mission is :

   1. Finalisation of the framing of the transformation program

   2. Definition of the governance and alignment of stakeholders

   3. Size / identification of the resources needs + launch of the transformation

   4. Insurance of the follow-up of the overall project plan (elaboration of the detailed timeline, follow-up project risks, raise attention points and alerts when necessary, prepare and facilitate the meetings to be held in the frame of the project: steering committees, operational follow-up meetings, workshops, etc.)

   5. Being in charge of the AML governance meetings (preparation, minutes, etc.) and the implementation of Actimize in EMEA
