    Contexte

     

    Nous sommes à la recherche d’un RH junior qui a un background recrutement et qui parle couramment anglais. 

     

    Compétences :

    • Strong and professional client facing skillset including ability to interact with senior stakeholders ( staffing leads,  MSP, talent providers) and ability to anticipate client needs and identify and implement practical, realistic solutions
    • Ability to run a process in a rigorous way with high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in adjusting priorities and work hours/availability to meet customer needs
    • Good business sense and ability to assess matching of talent with business needs (facilitating partners briefs, screening profiles provided by talent providers etc.)
    • Proactive mindset, focused on problem solving, and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills; English fluency required
    • Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism 

     

    Profil : 

    • Un background spécifiquement recrutement
    • Relativement junior (<10ans d’expé), le focus étant réellement sur le traitement des requêtes de A à Z
    • Parlant couramment anglais

     

    Mission :

    • Key functions include
    • Work on the front-line of EMEA requests, including but not limited to: Liaising with XXX partners and local staffing to understand their needs, relaying requests to XXX talent providers, managing and facilitating overall sourcing, vetting and onboarding of requests, supporting live WWW case teams augmented with XXX contractors through facilitating contractor integration and performance reviews and dealing with any issues or questions from the team or the contractor
    • Provide SWAT support to the EMEA and Global operations teams on transversal topics: marketing content and demand generation approach, performance monitoring and analysis, continuous process improvement etc.
