    Description et livrables de la prestation :
    The Head of IT Policy Administration, Claims and Collections will be the IT Lead for the Tribe and will manage the following topics :

    - Supervise the activity of IT teams organized in feature teams, to pursue high quality code and resilience. The various projects of deployment will be driven in full Agile methodology
    - Develop and continuously improve the Policy Administration and Claims system (COMPASS), at the heart of client IT landscape
    - Integrate the Collection System (iMX) in the client “Master Platform” (target IT landscape)
    - Align the technical roadmap of COMPASS & iMX with the rest of client Master Platform
    - Ensure IT staffing quality (internal & external) and maintain commercial relationships with providers
    - Steer the IT operations activities related to COMPASS & iMX (service level agreement, duties organization, SRE setup, auditability, scalability, security)
    - Contribute to the organization of both programs, together with the Tribe lead and the Agile coach
    - Maintain a close relationship with COMPASS and iMX product Owners.
    - In addition, follow-up on the activities of the Head of “FR Legacy” (local Policy Administration and Claims systems in France, to be decommissioned by the Master Platform)

    Reporting directly to the Tribe Lead / Program Director and matricially to the client Head of Development, the Head of IT Policy Administration, Claims and Collections Domain will manage several DevOps teams (+/- 60 people).

    COMPASS applications developed follows the main client architecture guidelines, i.e.:
    - Cloud First (AWS)
    - Modular micro-service design
    - API interfaces
    - Event-driven
    - Resilient Architecture

    COMPASS development is following a modern technical stack, i.e.:
    - Front-end in Angular
    - Micro-service Back-end developed in Java / Spring and exposed with REST API
    - Event-driven architecture based on AWS Kinesis
    - CICD pipelines with GitLab CI to deploy containers orchestrated by AWS ECS & Fargate
    - Observability with Prometheus / Grafana

    iMX is a SaaS application being integrated with the client Master Platform

    Expertise souhaitée :
    The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in IT and have ideally the following skills:

    - Managerial skills, with special attention to developer experience
    - Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
    - Experience with DevOps organizations
    - Solid architectural knowledge: AWS Cloud (AWS), APIs, Micro-service, usage of Open-source
    (optional) Technical knowledge about more “traditional” technologies and architectures
    - Customer-centric thinking in order to ensure that the application interface is clean and easy-to-use
    - Experience with organizing guild sessions, conferences or meetups
    - Fluent in English
